Our Services
Hillcrest Dental Group, provides a full range of dental treatment. We make every effort to maintain the entire dental and oral system, keeping in mind your individual dental needs. Our services include: restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, endodontics, oral surgery, dentures, mini implants, periodontal care, preventative care, family dentistry, oral conscious sedation, and digital x-rays.

Restorative Dentistry
We offer composite (white) fillings or composite resin bonding to restore teeth to their original appearance and strength. Crowns (all-porcelain, porcelain fused to metal, or gold) are used to restore teeth that are more compromised. Fixed bridges are used to replace missing teeth in any area of the mouth to restore function as well as esthetics.

Cosmetic Dentistry
Composite resin bonding, porcelain veneers, and all porcelain crowns are used to enhance appearance of teeth. This includes closing spaces, increasing size, changing the color, or strengthening teeth. We provide our patients with home whitening kits customized for each individual's needs. This is a safe, comfortable, and effective whitening process.

Dental Implants
Dental implants are an ideal solution to replace one or several missing teeth. An artificial tooth is fabricated to aid in esthetics, chewing, and talking. They are also commonly used to support dentures, helping to improve the stability and retention of the prosthesis.

Endodontics
When necessary, we provide root canal therapy and tooth rebuilding with state of the art technology in a comfortable atmosphere.

Oral Surgery
Extractions of non-restorable teeth are performed when indicated.

Dentures
Full or partial dentures are fabricated as a removable solution for replacement of multiple or completely missing teeth. They help to support lips and cheeks, providing a functional solution for tooth loss.

Mini Implants
Titanium mini implants offer an excellent solution for stability, aiding in retention of removable dentures. Placed in the jaw bone, they help with improved speech, function, and comfort for denture patients.

Periodontal Care
We maintain high standards of periodontal health through our non-surgical techniques. We offer an excellent recall system (periodontal maintenance) geared towards a patient's individual needs. This includes a patient education program developed to aid patients at home. Deep cleanings (scaling and root planing), and placement of local antibiotics are performed by highly skilled dental hygienists. A comprehensive periodontal program is our key to optimal oral health.

Preventative Care
The more time we spend on prevention, the less time you will spend in the dental chair. We develop personalized oral hygiene plans, including oral hygiene counseling. We offer products with prescription strength fluoride to help prevent tooth decay, and place preventative composite sealants when appropriate. Occlusal guards are fabricated to help protect the teeth, gums, and jaw. Most importantly, we promote regular check-ups as the key to prevention.

Family Dentistry
We pride ourselves in treating family members of all ages. Beginning at age 3 (1 and 2 when necessary), and into the geriatric population, we provide comprehensive dental care for the specific dental needs of the entire family.

Oral Conscious Sedation
We are educated and licensed in conscious sedation to help dramatically improve the dental experience for an anxious patient. Modern pharmacology allows us to safely sedate patients to insure comfort during dental treatment. What level and type of sedation are patient dependent, and assessed for each individual.

Digital X-Rays
We offer state of the art technology when taking intra-oral or panorex x-rays. Digital technology dramatically decreases the radiation exposure to the patient, while improving the speed and quality of the image. In addition to the intra-oral camera, computer generated images also aid in patient education.
